My thoughts on organizing a remote Game Studio.

Departments categorize the various roles in the studio along paths of specific expertise and knowledge. In this model I've combined business side administration, common game studio talent, and a (highly unique to my particular desires) teaching channel. Each department has responsibility for maintaining the growth and production of their area of expertise.
So what are these various categories and responsibilities? Lets break it down:
